Richard recently recorded Yellow-wort (Blackstonia perfoliata) on-site. The exciting thing about this record is that, according to the NBN Atlas Wales (https://wales.nbnatlas.org/), it appears to be the first record for the species in this 10 km square (ST07), just! (The red dot on the distribution map is Forest Wood Quarry). The leaves of this plant are especially impressive, with the paired stem leaves fusing into one to perfoliate fully around the stem.
